Summary: Excellent quick and easy
Comment: Installed two of these - the heavy duty and the light duty. Highly recommend you get the heavy duty, REGARDLESS of what size your A/C is. The heavy duty one is longer and provides more options for the install - the little one is shorter and isn't as flexible. Anyway, this is a great product, easy to set up, and gives you peace of mind that your A/C won't go crashing out the window. No brainer.

Summary: ac support bracket
Comment: This product is great. I worried about having something to safely support our 10,000 btu ac and this does just fine since we live on the second floor. It is sturdy and easy to put up. The only complaint was having to spend the extra money after shelling out a couple hundred on the ac to begin with.

Comment: The air conditioner window unit support brace was easy to install on my pre-assembled shop building and provided a strong support for the A/C unit. It was designed for buildings with a full-size window sill, but my window sill could be adapted to fit the brace. I used a hammer and sharp chisel to cut away a part of the aluminum channel for the window screen (which I am not using anymore) to make room for the plastic support to fit flat on the sill. I also had to add a 2x4 brace under the window sill for the attaching screws to screw into. I made sure that the window brace was slanted down to provide water drainage from the A/C unit.

Comment: I purchased the Heavy Duty Window Unit Support Kit after my super informed me that my air conditioner was installed incorrectly. The kit was easy to use and did the trick. My window unit is installed correctly and I do not have to worry about it falling out the window.
